10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Color compliance in stalls for farms in main arena

 Color compliance in the ring for farms in bump out areas

5:30 p.m. Color compliance challenges and gray and roan

8:00 p.m. Barn closes, doors locked

Friday May 1st 2026

7:00 a.m. Doors open for exhibitors and show staff

8:00 a.m. Opening remarks and exhibitor meeting

8:30 a.m. GWAS begins - halter and walking fleece

 Ring 1 - Standing fleece

 Ring 2 - Halter male

 Ring 3 - Halter female

9:00 a.m.Youth Scavenger hunt begins

10:00 a.m.Silent Auction begins

 ***LUNCH BREAK***

1:00 p.m. Halter and walking fleece classes resume

5:00 p.m. Classes end for the day

5:00 p.m. Best head competition - Ring 2

5:00 p.m. Bar Opens

5:15 Best boot competition and Live auction begins

6:00 p.m.Meet and Greet Dinner

8:00 p.m. Barn closes, doors locked

Saturday May 2nd 2026

7:00 a.m. Doors open

7:00 a.m.Vet check (Performance only)

8:30 a.m. GWAS production classes followed by remaining halter classes

8:30 a.m. Walking fleece continues if needed

9:00 a.m. Youth halter

9:30 a.m. Judges meeting with performance exhibitors and showmanship clinic

10:00 a.m. Showmanship classes begin with Srs, Ints, Jrs, and sub jrs

10:00 a.m. RMAS begins - Rings two and three 

12:00 p.m. Costume classes - Ring 2

12:30Jennifer Hack - Presentation on percentage registry 

 ***LUNCH BREAK***

1:30 p.m. RMAS halter resume - Ring 2

1:30 p.m. Performance classes resume with obstacle and public relations

Sr./Int. Skill-a-thon immediately following each performance class

4:00 p.m. Walking fleece awards pick up - Ring 2

6:00 p.m. Performance class awards and end of day for halter classes

8:00 p.m.Barn closes, doors locked
